straming servers

i am fairly new to this image but i was wondering if there are any plugins available to stream movies to the box from an online server?
i have seen these in the hdmu e2 images but havent been able to get any of them to work stably.
i think there are numerous pluging like this for dereamboxes etc.
i find the bpaanther neutrino image a lot faster and more stable than e2 on my ipbox 900hd.
as i say i am a newbie so pleas accept my apologies if i am way off with this

The e2 plugins don´t work with Neutrino.
For streaming e.g. a mounted network device, use the movieplayer.
Have a look in the wiki for explainations, some are general for Neutrino from tuxbox wiki.

thank you but unfortunately i cant speak german - sorry and cant find an english option.
i can download movies to pc then ftp to hdd and watch through movieplayer on large tv but i was trying to see if there is more potential to stream to box direct from the internet as with e2 but it looks like this isnt an option with neutrino as the plugins are required to provide this with e2.

Streaming directly from internet isn´t possible, sorry.

The problem is, if no one write a plugin... If you need such things, you should use E2.

ok thanks for the info guys.
i have hdmu e2 and pkt e2 images on my parttitioned hdd so i think i will continue to use neutrino for everyday viewing and then boot from an e2 image if i want to experiment with these advanced features.
