OK. 30 PLN less (aprox 7 Euro) but new converter is in action. So we have a logs from turning on and off Neutrino from internal flash. NOTICE. "ON" logs were collected after turning satbox to deep standby from menu first. It is because starting satbox from power switch in most cases ends with positive results.

Hmm, no start problems, the start seems to be the same as the usb image, but...
The tuning problem is clear, it's not really the same config and not the same channellist.

Do you see the problem? It's right, that you have problems with flash, but it's your fault...

OK. I will "scan the sky" again and will download channel list taken fro working installation (on USB) and will download to internal flash. Right?
But as I remember, I just install system that way.

Yes, if you have a look at the transponder datas you will see, they are different and so can not work both too.

I clear all channels memory and remove deleted channels. Scanning is in progress.....

I dont know whats was wrong. New "sky scanning" does not resolved situation. Even with clearing all channels, all removed channels, bouquets and so on. But it started to work and tuner are tuned properly after off/on. But after 12 min ALWAYS satbox stop to display picture, the CPU usage is near 0%, filesystems are not full (max 32%).
Whats wrong?
Another problem, I want to mount /dev/sdb3 (USB partition) to store EPG. I mounted it to /var/epg. But in this case I want to choose path to EPG storing, i can choose one but menu still shows /swap/epg.

Above I wrote that the transponder datas are wrong on the flash image. You can scan the TP also manually with right data or just use the channel list of the usb image.

If you can not change the epg path (or some other paths) then you have try'd a not supported or blocked file system (e.g. squash or jffs2). Your mount seems to be wrong or not working and /var/epg ist still jffs2 in flash.

Maybe. But. I copied all picons to subdir "logos" located at /dev/sdb3 and mounted it to /var/logos. Next I chaneg path to logos from menu and now all picons are display correctly. So I can mount what I want to subdir located in /var.
Probably I can not dismount /swap/epg. So how can I change path to EPG? On USB istalation it was possible.

You can not compare with usb image, because there is all writeable and (in most cases) enough space. Just check the mounts in telnet.

As I wrote, I can mount USB located partition to created in /var subdirectory. It works for me even from telnet session or automatically via /etc/fstab. But I can no change from menu (when system runs from internal flash) the path to EPG from default /swap/epg to /var/epg, which is already mounted to USB located partition.
But I can change path to logos, which is by default /logos to /var/logos.
Its the same like EPG path location problem.
So what is a workaround to move EPG path? Is any? Maybe epg related process block such possibility?
Or disable swap for time necessary to change that location from menu? Or which one file keep information about this path to change it manually?
Is there any possibility?

It's the same function called for all path changes. I think there is no mount, but if you change it manually in the neutrino.conf then you will it see if var "explode" if the mount wrong and not enough space in var for the epg data.

"var" will not "explode" because EPG data will be stored on physically different place. That means, on USB attached mem. Only from the point of view of operating system it will be the same.
OK. Tomorrow I will change neutrino.conf. I think thats the way I have to do. End of the test for today for me.

Yep. I manually edited neutrino.conf and EPG data are properly stored during turn off to USB mem and reloaded during startup.
But for the second time I had problem with recording. System was booted from USB. It was before editing neutrino.conf on internal flash. Yesterday I set from EPG, program to record today at 7 am (30 min long). The system wake up from deep standby correctly. But only 20 MB (or something like this) was recorded. And the name of recording file does not contain name of that TV show.
The system was down yesterday automatically via build in sleep timers first to "soft" standby and after 15 min to "deep" standby. I check mountings (EPG is stored on USB partition) and physically the entry for that TV show was in /epg dir.
Very strange...
I check if it is the same if I boot system from internal flash. But result I will know tomorrow. There is something with EPG reading. If the time period between turning off satbox and start of recording (wakeup from deep standby) is long (long means approx 6 h), it does not record correctly. This is only my suggestion. But I have to mention once more. EPG data are correctly stored on USB and "restore EPG" option is active.

But I think that all this thinks happens, because it is still problem with tuners tuning and/or channels number. Sometimes it lost channel during ordinary watching. For example. It is set to start channel after turning on to "Last viewed". But it sometimes starts from random channel. Probably it is because i just imported channel list directly from Hyperion using Dreamset app. I set in Dreamset that my soft in satbox is Neutrino Plus. Neutrino v2 setting, cause error during checking Dreamset configuration.
So what is Your advice? Clear all channels again, "scan the sky", import data to Dreamset (what kind of satbox soft should be set in Dreambox?), create channel list from beginning and download it again to satbox? Keep persistent channels numbers or not?

Now I noticed, that system booted from internal flash, lost channel after several minutes (approx 12-15 min). Signal and S/N ratio equal zero.

I think that all my troubles are because I imported channel lint and bouquets from Hyperion via Dreamset. So - i think it is necessary co clear all channels settings, "scan the sky" and create from the beginning my own bouquet named for example POLSKIE.
My questions are:
- how to clear all channel related and bouquets entry "up to the end"
- under Dreamset, what version of neutrino firmware setup (Neutrino ver2 rapports an error)
- how to set mu newly created bouquet as default?
- set EPG to be scan only inside that one new bouquet. Because now it scan for EPG for all discover chanells And probably (when Neutrino is booted from internal flash) because of that, after 12-15 min internal memory is full and Neutrino stop to work.

OK. I made fresh installation of neutrino to internal flash, using flash_erase and flashcp. Just during installation set network, resolution etc. Then I "scan the sky". Nothing more, no and my "add ons". Even I did not install EMU, any special mounts etc.
Basically I have to say that Neutrino works sometimes. That means sometimes after turning satbox on, tuners are tune but in most cases - not. "Channel not available" and "Waiting for time" is display on the screen. Logs shows that tuner are not tuned. But sometimes help to switch to "provider" list and choose the channel You want. Tuners stay tuned but after off/on even to "soft" standby, lost channel.
So at this moment I am back to Hyperion, because may satbox must work.
If You will have any idea how to set tuner to be tuned always after turning on satbox, be so kind to inform me.
