Here is the time OK.

How I can diagnose the cause of issue? I think it is something like DVB time. Is there any way use only NTP time, disable DVB time updates?

Do you have set the time zone really correct? DVB time is a fallback and can not be disabled. Because the NTP can be sync whenever you want (1..XXX minutes) so there should be not really a problem. You can also change the time server if you want. And you can see via serial log if the sync working. Just set the sync time to 1 min. for a faster log entry, later back to 30 or more minutes.
