I think that the last chance is to use AAF Recovery instead flashcp. Flashcp always ends at 99%. I dont know is it flashcp display error only or really not all image was installed into the flash.
I used AAF Recovery a lot of times for satbox reanimation. At this moment I have Maxibootloader already installed with proper bootargs (just copy/paste Your parameters) to run Neutrino.
I want to install Neutrino to flash using AAF Recovery exactly the same way as You . Please post me a link about procedure of installation Neutrino in flash and I will do exactly as You stands.
At this moment my box has unitID set to Octagon 1018, and Neutrino boots but as You know tuners have problem with proper tuning. So maybe installing over AAF Recovery helps? What version of AAF Tool You prefer?

Do you have try flashing with neutrino itself (copy image to /tmp and then service->expert)?

No. During this procedure sat box must be booted from USB or from internal flash?

After flashing Neutrino itself from expert meu, the result is the same.
But I noticed two strange things:
- Hyperion shows 134 transponders on Hotbird but neutrino - 97
- look at screen shot when I try to update Neutrino using "Neutrino Flash Updater"
Very strange...

Don't use the flash updater to flash the image! Use it only for bootargs editing. Use Neutrino from USB or Flash to flash the image, or if MAXI flash supporting use this one.
Transponder count: Just update the satellites.xml (see extras menu). This one has the real existing transponders from kingofsat. Maybe the Hyperion satellites.xml has old and unused transponders.

Now I flashed image using AAF Recovery. I noticed strange thing. If I tune to channel from bouquet "Last scanned" it is always tune after off/on. If I use channel from newly created bouquets during scan (for example TVN - Polish provider) - the tuns fail.

Very strange. There must be some datas wrong in the channellist later.

I delayed all bouquets except newly created and existing in image. Practically no problem with tuning after reboot. Except several Polish programs. For example Nat Geo HD Poland works, but Polsat channels - not. Is the image somewhat angry for my Country?

But the transponder datas are correct for polsat (see also kingofsat)? It's strange, very strange...

I have POLSAT activation. It offers many channels from Polish providers (Polsat, TVN, TVP etc) and of course polish version of foreign channels like Discovery, Nat Geo, Viasat, BBC, CBC, FOX. AXN and original versions of foreign programs like ZDF, CNN, CNBC, RTL.
I have to say that most foreign programs are tuned properly but programs from Polish providers - only several. As I said. I have now only one bouquet "Last scanned" and "scan the sky" again with automatic bouquets creating disabled.
And strange think is that I can tune to all programs but after power off/on, most of Polish channels can not tune properly.
I think that we are near resolving the problem because i "catch" situation when it works properly. Whats Your opinion?

But whats the different between "Last scanned" (which tuned always ok) and the "new created bouquets during scan"? There must be a different between the transponder data.

Or, it could be tuner configuration problem. For example. Universal Channel Poland - always starts with tuners tuned. But TVP1 HD - not. And if satbox starts wit tuners tuned properly, I can watch any program I want.

Yep. Now I have tuner tuned after off/on!!! The problem was that LNB was not controlled by satbox properly. I use typical installation, quatro LNB, 4 cables from LNB to multiswitch and 2 cables to satbox frm multiswitch. At this moment I set first tuner as Master, second as twin. DISEq -> Advanced for both tuners. But there is more parameters to set. Can You tell mi how setup correctly tuners in Neutrino? I dont know why it works only with DISEq set to Advanced. Any advice about config?
Because at this moment tuners are tuned properly, but when I set satbox to "soft" standby and wake up unit (from "soft" standby, using "Power" key) the reception of TV program dont want to came back. But signal and S/N ratio seams to be OK.

Hmm, Twin or Idependet nearly the same, just look here:
Bugliste und FAQ - Neutrino MP (NMP)
Twin knows, that you use the same sat for both tuner (master must be right configured), independed you must specify the sat for each tuner.

Yes. I tried both tuners as independent, with the same satellite. But when I try to record any program (different then watching) the picture freeze.
