load new rev2848 in FLASH, but EPG for skylink not correct,
in var/tuxbox/config/encoding.cfg for this transponder use:
cze ISO6397
ces ISO6397
0xbc6 0x3 # Astra 23.5°E 12.525 V - CS Link / SkyLink

any tip for correct ?
